ENTRIES
Vehicle entries are free  Spectators are free.  Charity donations welcome.

Entries may be made on line - go to the registration form click here, or by completing the registration form (to download a copy click here) and posting it to NFU Mutual, 44 Asfordby Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0HR.

We ask that entrants and spectators make a donation to the Rotary Club of Melton Mowbray in lieu of an entry fee. To increase the value of that donation, without any extra cost to you and provided you are a UK taxpayer, please tick the Gift Aid box on the Ticket Application Form. This allows us to claim from the tax man an extra 25% of the value of your entry ticket donation and adds to the amount we'll be able to use to support charities and other good causes.

As the costs we incur organising the event are substantial and could expose us to making a loss should bad weather lead to its cancellation, any  donations are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL
Vehicles may arrive from 9am to 12am, and may leave after 2pm.  The general public will be invited from 10am to 2pm.

On arrival at the Market Place you will be given your entry pass and number to display on your vehicle.  You will be directed to your display point.

Substitute vehicles
Your entry pass will display your vehicle's registration number and type. If you need to come in a substitute vehicle please provide full details, including registration number, in advance by emailing us or by writing to NFU Mutual, 44 Asfordby Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0HR.  Please do not alter the registration details on your pass.

Driving Standards
As this is a park open to the public is is necessary for us to request exemplary driving standards.  Driving in a manner which brings the event or Rotary into disrepute will not be tolerated.  Drivers judged to have contravened this request will be asked to leave the event immediately and will be banned  from participating in future events.  Without your cooperation the future of the show could be under threat.  Please pass this message to friends and fellow enthusiasts.

SPECTATORS
There is no entry charge for spectators and you do not need a ticket. But Rotary members and their helpers will welcome your voluntary donation in aid of our charitable work. The vehicle owners make a donation for the privilege of displaying their vehicle.   Our Vintage and Classic Vehicle Event is a community event for all to enjoy.

Public Transport
If you can, please use public transport to travel to the show.  Access by bus and train is readily available.  See Site Map below for location of station, bus stops and route numbers.

Spectator Parking
There is no parking for spectators on site, but there are plentiful public car parks close by, which are free on Sundays.  These include disabled parking bays from where there is level access to the Market Place  If any disabled visitor needs advance information or assistance please email and we'll endeavour to help or advise.

Barbecues
BBQs are NOT permitted on the Market Place  This applies equally to full barbecues and disposable foil trays. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Volunteer as a Marshall
Fancy helping with the show by being a marshal? We'd be grateful for your help for perhaps just one hour. Please email us and simply provide your name and contact phone numbers, both day and evening. We'll then contact you in the run-up to the show.

Email your views
If you enjoy, or have enjoyed, our show please email us.  Equally, if you have suggestions for improving the show, please contact us on the same email address.
