We ask that entrants and spectators make a donation to the Rotary Club
of Melton Mowbray in lieu of an entry fee. To increase the value of
that donation, without any
extra cost to you and provided you are a UK taxpayer, please tick the
Gift Aid box on the Ticket Application Form. This allows us to claim
from the tax man an extra 25% of the value of your entry ticket
and adds to the amount we'll be able to use to support charities
the costs we incur
organising the event are substantial and could expose us to making a
loss should bad weather lead to its cancellation, any
donations are non-refundable.

Drivers judged to have contravened this request will be asked to
leave the event immediately and will be banned from participating

entry charge for spectators and you do not need a ticket. But Rotary
members and their helpers will welcome
your voluntary donation in aid of our charitable work. The
vehicle owners make a donation for the privilege of displaying their
vehicle. Our Vintage and Classic Vehicle Event is a
community event for all to enjoy.
If you can, please use public transport to travel
to the show. Access by bus and train is readily available.

car parks close by, which are free on Sundays. These
include disabled parking bays from where there is level access to
the Market Place If any disabled visitor needs advance information
or assistance please email and we'll endeavour to help or advise.
